FIRST TOUCH VOLUNTEERS
- Greeter Team (exterior doors)- greet people as they enter the building
- Guest Welcome Team (in Guest Welcome Center) - welcome visitors to WEAG
- Infocenter Team (near entrances) - provide info, brochures/registrations for classes, services
- Parking Lot Team (outside) - help fill and empty parking areas for Sundays & special events
- Ushers (sanctuary doors) - greet people, help find seats & hand out bulletins
- Zone Reps (hallways) - guide visitors to new Welcome Center & greet WEAGers
HOSPITALITY VOLUNTEERS
- Serve a hot cup of coffee and a toasted bagel in our new Guest Welcome Center
THIRD SERVICE TEAMS
- Greeter Team - greet, usher and info desk
- Set up Team - set up gym for services or break down chairs for the next week
- Tech Team - working with lights, camera or video for 2 services
GENERAL CHURCH VOLUNTEERS
- Casserole Committee (as needed) - take dinner to someone in need
- Duplicators (Thursdays) - copy info for the weekly bulletins
- Grounds Beautification (as needed) - planting flowers to keep our grounds beautiful
- Manna Chicks (Fridays) - stuff bulletins each week
- Operators (Sundays am) - answer phones before church on Sunday mornings
- Pew Helpers (weekday) - straighten pews and put out new materials as needed
- Shuttle Drivers (Sunday am) - drive people to cars in golf carts before & between services
