Free to a good home: 4 yr old short haired Chihuahua/Pug Mix goes by the name of Rocky. He is a healthy neutered dog, check up & shots due in November. He was covered under VPI Pet Insurance at $38 a month. He is crate trained, good with cats, other dogs, and kids. The dog comes with dish, crate, leash and remaining dog food. He is a great lapdog (sits beside you for warmth), and loyal. He is happier when people are home during the day. If allowed, he prefers to sleep on a corner of the bed. If I put him in his crate at night , he barks cause he loves people contact. He does not bite and will show his belly to anyone for a decent scratching. He'd be great for anyone with a big fenced backyard or acres of land. He needs more walking times than I can give. He works well on a leash, and really is a good dog, but I think that having someone at home during the day would be better for him. Car needed: Our family is in desperate need of a car. I have two children and I have to be at work at 6:30am, so carpooling is out of the question. I currently work in a daycare, so I bring my children with me. If I don't get a new car soon, I'll be out of a job :( i have about $1000 to pay for a car, so if you have an old/extra car that is in reliable running condition, please consider selling it to me. Help needed:I am a single mother of 3 children that are 10,8,and 7.We recently moved to a new house after we had been staying with my mother for several months and currently i am in search of living room furniture,pictures,dishes,silverware,curtains,bedding of anything that you think i may be able to use( I am not picky!!)I am also in search of clothing and shoes for my children for back to school. I work but my hours have been cut back to 20 hours a week.Its a help but not a very big help. My children are in sizes 8/10 (boy) 12/14 (boy) and 10/12 (girl).
